Chef Liz specializes in creating customized culinary experiences for Yoga and Wellness retreats all over the world. A yogi herself, she understands the importance of having nourishing meals to enhance your guests experience and can accommodate dietary needs without sacrificing quality. She has experience working in foreign countries, sourcing locally and remaining flexible to cater to each group individually.
Consultations
15 Years of experience as a Chef working in Restaurants and Catering along with a Bachelors degree in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management, Chef Liz will support your vision and help create structure through implementing management systems as well as assist in menu development and apply sustainability business practices.
Catering and Pop Ups
Based on your individual needs, Liz’s specialty is cultivating culinary experiences that are focused on wholesome cooking techniques, using local and nutritious farm to table food while focusing on sustainability practices that protect our earth. With the ability to accommodate a wide variety of events from small dinner parties to weddings while working closely with the client to create a menu and experience that is unique to their vision. We are currently looking to host our next Pop-up kitchen event if you have space and are interested in collaborating!
Workshops and Cooking Classes
Spreading the love of cooking is our passion, Our workshops are interactive culinary experiences that you can offer your retreat or include in your special event. Liz provides classes on health topics such as using medicinal herbs to support a healthy lifestyle or fermentation and cultured foods and well as offering a range of culturally themed cooking classes from making Italian pasta from scratch or rolling your own sushi!
Private Chef services and consultations
Chef Liz offers Private chef services and consultations on an individual basis to help create a diet regimen that will promote balance in your body and support your immune system. Cultivating a healthy lifestyle can be easy with her guidance on menu planning, sourcing, shopping lists, budgeting and time management. She will work one on one to get to know her clients to be able to suggest health supporting herbs and healing foods as well as offering ways of living a more sustainable life.
