An ayurvedic beverage of Milk, turmeric and ginger to support your health, improve digestion and balance your energy
Prep Time 15 minutes mins
- 12 oz Coconut Milk Can sub your preferred non dairy milk
- 1 tbsp grated turmeric can sub dried turmeric - 1/2 tbl
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp coconut sugar or natural sweetener add more to taste
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon optional
You can also add 1 dash of vanilla or cardamom pod if you want to get fancy
Make Golden Milk Chia Pudding!
Add 3 Tbl. Chia seed and put into refrigerator to set!
