Thai Coconut Peanut Sauce

Liz
This peanut sauce makes a great dressing or dipping sauce for salads, noodles, spring rolls or satays.
It is creamy, salty, sweet, acidic and a little spicy for a well balanced and addictive flavor

Notes

The consistency of this sauce can sometimes vary depending on the coconut milk used and will thicken in the refrigerator, if it is too thick for your desire then I recommend thinning it out with a little warm water.

Enjoy!
