This peanut sauce makes a great dressing or dipping sauce for salads, noodles, spring rolls or satays.It is creamy, salty, sweet, acidic and a little spicy for a well balanced and addictive flavor
1/2Cupsalted creamy peanut butteror almond butter or sunflower butter)
1/2 cuplight Coconut Milk
2tbspRaw honeysub maple, agave or raw sugar
2tbspSoy Saucesub tamari or coconut aminos for gluten free
1 tspsrirachasub any chili paste
1tspfresh grated Ginger
2tbspfresh lime juice
1tbspchopped cilantrooptional
Instructions
Add all ingredients to blender, and blend until smooth
Notes
The consistency of this sauce can sometimes vary depending on the coconut milk used and will thicken in the refrigerator, if it is too thick for your desire then I recommend thinning it out with a little warm water. Enjoy!
