This Peanut sauce is seriously addictive and easy to make! It can be used as a dressing for salads or noodles as well as makes a great dipping sauce for spring rolls! The combination of Salty, sweet, acidic and spicy is pleasing to the palate and a highly requested recipe from my clients.

The dressing is full of healthy fats making it a nourishing component to the dish you are preparing and is super easy to make, for best results I throw all of the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
